Cobham Manor equestrian centre is conveniently located within easy reach of the M20 and Maidstone.

For those travelling by train, we are within walking distance of Bearsted railway station.

Directions:

Please note we now have a one way access system.
Enter via Water Lane and leave via Pilgrims Way.

Exit junction 8 (Leeds Castle) of the M20.

Turn right onto the A20 signposted Bearsted (Maidstone), after 1.25 miles turn right into 'Roundwell' (indicated by a white on brown tourism sign with a horseshoe symbol 'Countryside Walks and Riding').

After 500 metres take the next right into 'Water Lane' (again, indicated by the same tourism sign).

Cobham Manor equestrian centre will be found approximately one mile on the right.

Please note that Water Lane is a rural lane, and care should be taken when driving to and from the centre.
