personal use.

Cobham Manor Equestrian Centre can
provide the ideal location to hold a varied range of
events. This may range from a major equestrian
competition event to a simple children’s Birthday
party in a relaxed atmosphere. This does
not have to be limited exclusively to the Equine
World. Other examples may be dog shows, Wedding
Receptions or Business Meetings. We can provide or
arrange all the requirements for any event such as
catering, showers and accommodation.
Set in an area of outstanding
natural beauty yet easily accessible with in 5
minutes of both a mainline railway station and the
M20 Motorway.
Our current range of Equestrian
facilities are:
Main arena 60 X 35 m
This has a sand and rubber surface
regularly maintained ( 40 tonnes rubber added in
April 2006 ). Post and rail fencing with feather
edge boarding. This arena has two judging boxes and
one with PA system and timing equipment housing up
to 5 people.

Second arena 40 X 20 m
This has a sand and rubber surface
regularly maintained ( 20 tonnes rubber added in

Third arena 50 X 25 m
This is a silica sand surface with
post and rail fencing. Currently used as a warm up
and practice area, there are plans to refurbish this
in autumn 2006.

Indoor arena 40 X 20 m
This is a mainly sand and some
rubber surface regularly maintained ( completely
resurfaced in summer 2005 ). It has an automatic
watering system .This arena has one judging box and
can include the PA system and timing equipment.

Daily hire of the Main, second and
indoor arena will include use of the Third arena as

parking area for cars and lorries available at no
charge.

Other Charges
Cross country course
Consists of 22 fences partially
refurbished set in 50 acres outstanding natural
beauty on the Pilgrims way of the North Kent Downs.
The land is well drained. There are plans thru 2007
to extend the course to include a derby bank and
water jump.

B.S.J.A. Jumps
With sufficient fences for two
courses including fillers and water trays.

Stabling
The current stabling will
accommodate 25 horses or 33 ponies. Bedding and hay
or haylage can be provided.
