CMEC prides itself on its
professional team that is made up of the following
Peter
Sands – Director
Peter has a
wealth of experience that he has brought to Cobham
Manor from his previous employment in team
management and administration skills. He is an
associate of the Institute of Managers and has
helped to change, update and implement systems to
enhance our professional and streamline operation.
Michelle
Jarvis – General Manager
Michelle
came to CMEC in January 2005 and has a wealth of
experience in the equestrian field. Her main role is
to oversee the day to day operation of the yard,
also running and organising the shows. Michelle has
the overall care and management of the livery yard.
She is here for customers looking for a horse to buy
and will be happy to answer any questions you may
have.
Oliver
Walter – Resident Rider
Oliver has
been at CMEC since January 2005, his expertise lies
with breaking and schooling the youngsters. He
competes in affiliated dressage and show jumping,
but the love of his life is the dressage. He has
just returned from some intensive training in
Holland and is here to offer tuition or schooling
for both horse and rider.
Julia Palmer - Show and
Event Coordinator
Julia has been a BSJA
Judge for over 20 years and has been judging for us
since we started our affiliated shows. She is in the
office three days a week and offers valuable
experience in organising and running the shows.
Kirsty
Smith –
Groom
Kirrsty joined the team in the
auturin of 2007. her main role is the care and
management of the liver yard and she has already
proved to be a great asset with her calm and
orgaised appropch.
Sian
Eadon – Dressage
Sian has
been at CMEC for more years than she would like to
admit!! She has a wealth of experience and knowledge
in organising and running dressage competitions.
Sian is responsible for our dressage dates,
schedules and judges. She is a great ambassador for
us.
Ed Walter
– Website Design
Edward has taken on the
important role of updating and maintaining the
website for CMEC His IT skills help to keep our
website up to the minute and full of useful
information.
Nick Liston - Weekend Team
Nick is a new and enthusiastic
member of the team. Having come to us for work
experience from school with no equestrian knowledge
he has stayed on at the weekends. His willingness
has proven to be a great asset to him and CMEC.
