CMEC prides itself on its
professional team that is made up of the following:
Peter
Sands – Director
Peter has a
wealth of experience that he has brought to Cobham
Manor from his previous employment in team
management and administration skills. He is an
associate of the Institute of Managers and has
helped to change, update and implement systems to
enhance our professional and streamlined operation.
Michelle
Jarvis – General Manager
Michelle
came to CMEC in January 2005 and has a wealth of experience in the
equestrian field. Her main role is to oversee the day to day operation
of the yard, plus running and organising the shows. Michelle has
responsibility for the overall care and management of the livery yard.
She is here for customers looking for a horse to buy and will be happy
to answer any questions you may have.
Oliver
Walter – Resident Rider
Oliver competes
in affiliated Dressage and qualified 3 horses for the
winter regional's and was placed 5th. He has qualified
for the summer regional's 2009 and has horses
competing in this years young horse classes. Oliver
also schools Team Cobhams Showjumpers on the flat
two of witch have been placed on the World Class
programme he
is also happy to take on horses for schooling and
competing at any level.
Kirsty Smith
Kirsty has returned to CMEC
after a brief stay away this spring Kirsty is here
to run the livery yard and is on hand at all times
to assist and advise our liveries. She offers first
class care to all of the horses kept livery at CMEC
Sian
Eadon – Dressage
Sian has
been at CMEC for more years than she would like to
admit! She has a wealth of experience and knowledge
in organising and running dressage competitions.
Sian is responsible for our dressage dates,
schedules and judges. She is a great ambassador for
us.
Ed Walter
– Subli UK and The Elephant Grass Company
Edward has taken on a new role
as the representative of Subli UK and the Elephant
Grass Company for which CMEC
have become the UK agents. he is on hand to offer
advice and technical support aswell as price
quotations.
Nick Liston - Apprentice
Nick is an enthusiastic
member of the team. Having come to us for work
experience from school with no equestrian knowledge
he has stayed on at the weekends and is now here
doing a full time apprenticeship. His willingness
and enthusiasm to learn is proving to be a great asset to himself and CMEC.
